Please check that your credit works for online purchases. Moreover, the festival works only with verified payment platforms, bank card should have 3D secure function. This function offers additional security layer for the transactions you effect in the internet. It looks like this: after entering all required fields, the page of your bank will be opened automatically, and a secret SMS code will be sent to your phone. The payment is made only in case if the password was entered correctly and in time (time limit is always mentioned on the page – usually it takes around 10 minutes).
Yes, you can book a ticket for 2 days maximum by phone 7 (812) 400 03 08 (Mon. to Fri from 11 am to 1 pm and 2.30 pm to 7 pm). There is no booking option on our website.

You can buy tickets only on the official festival website www.danceopen.com, at any time convenient for you, also in the box office located on the 12 Zakharievskaya Street, St. Petersburg (7 minutes' walk from Chernyshevskaya Metro Station). Opening hours: Mon. to Fri from 11 am to 1 pm and 2.30 pm to 7 pm. Please note: the only official ticket channels are our website and box office.

Yes, it is necessary to print ticket. Thus, the control procedure will be faster and you may need printed ticket at the entrance area to your seats.

The festival direction doesn’t recommend visiting spectacles for children under the specified age. Parents should take care of the age and development stage of their child and they are responsible for this decision. Children of all ages should have tickets.
